Section 1 - Returns for Refund

  1. Please initiate your refund request by sending an email to contact@emarevive.com
  2. Our dedicated customer service representative will respond promptly with the correct return address.
  3. Make sure your product is carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit, preferably in its original packaging.
  4. Print and include the purchase invoice with the returned product.

Note that :

  1. The shipping costs of €4.99 are your responsibility. Please send the package to the specified address provided by email, retaining proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
  2. Once received, our team will thoroughly inspect the product. If it meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed in the form of an online credit to the original payment method.

The returned product must remain intact, in its original packaging, accompanied by accessories and instructions for use. Items returned in used, incomplete, damaged or soiled condition will not be accepted. Make sure your package includes a customer number and order number.

Some items, such as worn wigs, hairpieces, accessories (hats, scarves, combs, brushes, Curlformers, etc.) and massage gloves, are excluded from our return and exchange policy due to reasons hygiene.

Section 2 - Returns for Exchange

  1. Follow the steps outlined in the return for refund process.
  2. Upon receipt of your package, our team will assess its condition. If it meets the return criteria, we will exchange the product(s) based on available stocks.

Section 3 - Damaged or Non-Compliant Product

If you receive a damaged product:

  1. Document the damage by taking photographs that clearly display the package number, compromised contents, and packaging.
  2. Send the images to contact@emarevive.com. An advisor will quickly communicate with you the necessary steps for an exchange.

Section 4 - Order Cancellation

You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of payment, but before shipping.

If your package has already been shipped, wait until it is received before initiating a return procedure in accordance with our refund or exchange policy (Sections 1 and 2).

To initiate a return after receiving the order, please contact our customer service by email at contact@emarevive.com within 14 days of receiving the order.

After submitting the return request, you have a period of 14 days to return the specified products.

Section 5 - Reimbursement

Refunds may take up to 20 days to be reflected on your statement.
We will only refund to the same payment method used by the customer
