Easy and unconditional return! An item does not suit you, you can request a refund or exchange. You have 14 days to return your items:
- To return your item, simply put it back in its delivery packaging or in a bag of your choice.
- Then, contact our customer service, by email, at contact@emarevive.com .
- Once we have received your email, we will send you a return slip as well as all instructions. Use this return slip to reship the package.
- Once we receive your package, our Returns department will immediately credit your account.
